To get started, the Pre-join Progress is Available in My eXp

 

New agents can now view and monitor their Pre-join progress right within My eXp so they always know where they are in the process.

When an agent logs into their join application, there is a blue chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner where you can chat live with an Onboarding Specialist.

Onboarding Questions

You will be supported throughout the process by your provincial Onboarding Specialists. 

Once your join eXp Application has been submitted, please email  agentonboarding@exprealty.net to notify that your application has been submitted. 

Reach out to your Provincial/State for any questions re the license transfer process. Your state broker email is always XX.broker@exprealty.net (where XX is the state abbreviation; ex: FL.broker@exprealty.net)

On the Home Tab, scroll down to ‘My Upline Partners’

This will display your direct sponsor, their sponsor, and so on  up to 7 levels

 Name, email and phone number will be available.
