Provide them with the link to Why join eXp, this will help answer preliminary questions about eXp.

Go to your eXp Dashboard here & click the eXp Guest Management Tile
Click your name, upper left
Fill out the eXp World Guest Pass Request form *You can also be directed to the form from The World
Click your name, upper left
Click Invite Guest (bottom of list),
it will bring you the ‘Sign in to Invite a Guest’ page, sign in
Click ‘New Guest Request’
Fill out form and click Submit

AN AGENT HAS NAMED YOU THEIR SPONSOR, HERE IS HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT THEM!

Arrange a 3-way call/zoom with the prospective agent, yourself, and your sponsor or someone in your up-line. This will be an opportunity for you to answer any questions they have about eXp & provide support.
Read through the Agent Contact Sheet to see how they answered the questions.
Review the agent’s goals & discuss how eXp can help them achieve their goals.
When the Agent is ready to join eXp, send them the join link, discuss the ICA as this is where they name their sponsor and it can’t be changed once submitted, and help guide them through the onboarding process and beyond.
This is where the agent applies & names you as their sponsor, on the Independent Contractor Agreement. Once they sign this, it can’t be changed, so be sure you’ve discussed this with them
